Terms & Conditions:

This license and services order is incorporated into the ALLIED VISION TAX license and services agreement executed by the parties involved. ALLIED VISION TAX reserves the right to alter pricing in the event of changes in the banking industry or changes in government regulations. Licensee agrees to the pricing listed above. Licensee agrees to use an Integrated Banking Partner** to process all bank products associated with a return created in the software and electronically filed via the services. Taxpayers retain the ability to designate an account for a direct deposit of their refund as required by law. Service Bureau will immediately shut down access to Software and Services in the event of a breach of this Section. Licensee holds all parties harmless for the discontinuation of software and services for all damages if software and services are discontinued under this Section, and acknowledges that a non-integrated bank creating returns via the software and services may or may not be compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

** “Integrated Banking Partner” refers to a provider of bank products who has (1) Fulfilled all laws, rules and regulations promulgated by federal and state governments and agencies, and (2) Provided approved documents in a timely manner for integration with the software and services to ensure tax preparer’s compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations promulgated by federal and state governments and agencies. All payment plans will incur an additional fee of $50 in addition to the standard pricing.

 

Renewal:

Open enrollment for new software and tax academy clients is from October 1st to November 30th each year. After the initial payment, the first software renewal will be in May of the following year and every May thereafter. The exact date may vary, but payment is due by May 31st. The software provider will send a notice two weeks before the renewal date and at least two subsequent reminders. To maintain software access, an annual payment of $697 ($747 for payment plan renewals) is required (In full, via Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm).
